Recently bought a house and was put in a rough situation as my realtor failed to pass along a mold test that identified a problem in the basement. Fortunately, Sean and AdvantaClean were able to fit me into the schedule and help remediate the mold and take preventative measures to ensure it didn’t come back. There were a couple of things that really stood out to me in this process. The first being unlike most times you get an estimate, Sean didn’t try to overstate or sell me on anything. He was pretty honest about what could be done on my own and keep some money in my pocket since I just bought my first home and then what was really necessary for them to do as well as some options if I did want to go above and beyond in the basement. Another thing that was above and beyond was the AdvantaClean team took great care of the issue and even though the project took an extra day or two than originally quoted, they never rushed through the job or half assed anything. They instead continued coming back until everything was done properly. When I heard the job was taking longer than anticipated, I fully expected to hear that there would be an additional cost or that they would have to wait a few more weeks until there was another opening in the schedule, but neither of those were the case which was a huge relief as we were waiting to move until the project was completed. Since they came out and took care of our issues, the basement looks, smells and just is in much better shape than before. We’re able to be down there without any issues and the hygrometer and dehumidifier (which came at Sean’s recommendation) are showing that the humidity and moisture are at much better levels than before. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I scheduled an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned as I had noticed a burning odor when running the clothes dryer. The scheduling process was very convenient and I was able to get an appointment that worked around my work schedule within a few days. The guys arrived promptly on time and cleaned the vent. The burning odor is gone and the dryer is running well. The cost was very reasonable and the crew was very knowledgeable. I’ll use them again in a few years to have this done again.
